Our cakes taste so good and are healthier because we use organic whipping cream instead of buttercream that you typically find in most American cakes. Four days vs. One-Four days notice. We ask for at least four days' notice (Because we buy only organic and the freshest ingredients which needs planning, as well as sometimes we get booked several weeks in advance). However, there is an option (for an extra fee) to expedite.
We ask for any allergies & restrictions to enter during checkout if necessary.
Personalized note on the cake. At no extra charge, we can accommodate messages on the cake itself. Ex: “Happy birthday, Megan!” or “HBD John.” During checkout, there is a section for a personal note. Please add your desired message there. (We’ll contact you to confirm the note if we have any questions)
Personalized card. At no extra charge, and only if you mention it during checkout, we can accommodate a small personal card/note from you.

Do we make Gluten-Free cake?
Yes. Almost any of our cakes can be made Gluten-Free. Pick the cake you like and during the check out, you’ll see a note section which you can add “Gluten-Free”.
There is no extra charge for making your cake Gluten-Free.
Do we make a custom cake?
Yes. We can accommodate unique designs for your special occasions. We have two versions. All the ingredients as always are organic, and you select from the 4x base flavors, but you can design/decorate the cake however you like. You’ll give us the details during check out and under the “notes section.” We’ll email/call you if we have any questions, And of course we’ll do our best to accommodate your requests*.

What is our smallest cake?
6” x 7” cake is our smallest size. It feeds 12-14 people. And it is considered 1x tier cake; however, inside, three layers make the cake stand 7” tall.
What is our largest cake?
It’s our 2x tier cake. And we have a few different options on this website (2 Tier Rose Cake is the most popular). It feeds 24-32 people. The lower tier is 8”x5,” and the upper tier is 6”x6”.

For any allergies, or gluten-free or other restrictions you’ll have the option to tell us during check out.
When to order:
We need your order to be placed at least four days in advance. This is because we source only organic and the freshest ingredients which require extra planning. You will select your preferred delivery date and time at the checkout.
One-Four days delivery: For extra fee we have an option to expedite and make your order between one to four days of your desired delivery.
Pickup or Delivery:
We charge a $20 flat-rate delivery fee within 20 miles of San Francisco, California. And $50 within 20 to 50 miles of San Francisco. 8 am-11:30 am every day. We do NOT offer pickup at this moment.
Additionally, we only use our own service for deliveries and guarantee both on-time as well as no damage to the cake.
Changing your order:
Yes, you can change your order as long as you contact us more than seven days before your cake’s due date. Please email us at Sales@Zibatreats.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
